About this policy
NSigma Global LLC (“NSigma”, “we”, “us”) operates nsightsbic.com, the website for NSight Private Credit — SBIC Edition. This policy covers the public website. If NSight software is licensed to your organization, the handling of data processed inside the software is governed by the written agreement between your organization and NSigma, not by this page.
What we collect
The website does not use accounts, registration forms, analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies. We collect information only when you choose to contact us, for example by emailing info@nsigma.io or following a demo or walkthrough link, which opens your own email application. In that case we receive what you send us: typically your name, email address, and the content of your message.
The online demo
The SBIC demo at sbicdemo.nsigma.io is a read-only demonstration environment with a sample fund. It does not require sign-up and does not collect personal information through this website.
Local storage on your device
The site stores one preference on your device: whether you have chosen light or dark display mode. This is a plain browser setting used only to remember your choice between visits. You can clear it through your browser settings at any time.
How we use information
We use contact information you provide to respond to your inquiry, arrange demos or walkthroughs, and follow up on the business relationship you asked us to start. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or add you to marketing lists without your request.
Sharing
We share contact information only with service providers that help us operate email and our business systems, and only as needed to respond to you. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain the resulting business relationship, and as required by applicable law. After that, we delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it, by writing to info@nsigma.io. Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply under local privacy laws, and we will honor those that apply to you.
Security
NSigma is ISO/IEC 27001 certified, with a SOC 2 Type II assessment underway. We apply appropriate administrative and technical safeguards to the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected on this page before or when they take effect.
